TRIP DETAILS

ITINERARY
Day 1 - Pondicherry
After arrival at Pondicherry, you will be escorted to the hotel by our representative. Check-in at the hotel. After relaxing for a while leave hotel, to visit the famous Aurobindo Ashram. Later part of the day is spend in exploring Auroville. In the evening return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 - Pondicherry - Tanjore-
Start your day by driving to Chidambaram, the site of the Nataraja Temple. The Nataraja temple, at Chidambaram attracts devotes from all over India and the world. Later in the afternoon head straight to Tanjore to visit Brahadeswara Temple.

Day 3 - Tanjore - Trichy
In the morning start for Trichy- the city located on the banks of river Kaveri. Full-day excursion to the famous Ranganath Temple. Also pay visit to the temples at Jambukeshwar and Srirangam. Relax for the night the hotel in Trichy.

Day 4 - Trichy - Madurai
Post breakfast, drive to Madurai – "The City famous for Meenakshi Temple". In the day explore Meenakshi Temple for intricate design and beauty. In the afternoon, enjoy half-day trip to Tirumala Palace and the Gandhi Museum. Spend overnight at Madurai hotel.

Day 5 - Madurai
Spend the day at your own discretion. Excursion to Rameswaram holly sea, the town that has significant connection to the legend of Ramayana. Pay a visit the famous temple, situated on the seaside. Spend overnight at a hotel, in Madurai.

Day 6 - Madurai - Trivandrum
In the morning head for Trivandrum. The major city attraction to visit includes Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Kovalam Beach, Neyyar Dam, Padmanabhapuram Palace and Sucheendram Temple. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Rest and relax in the hotel at night.

Day 7 - Trivandrum - Kanyakumari - Trivandrum
In the morning after breakfast, leave for Kanyakumari, the southernmost point of India. Pay a visit to the Amman Temple, Vattakottai Fort and the Vivekananda Rock. Leave for Trivandrum, after lunch.

Day 8 - Trivandrum Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Trivandrum Airport to board a flight for the onward journey.
